Friday, April 24th - PAAC After Dark: Night Market & Conversation with Bianca Mabute-Louie + Guests [Free & Open to the Public]

PAAC After Dark is a night market celebrating the creativity, resilience and collective power of the Los Angeles Asian American and Pacific Islander community. We’re bringing together AAPI vendors & organizations to create an unforgettable evening of culture, connection, and community energy.

• 7:00pm - 8:00pm Conversation with Bianca Mabute-Louie Pt. 1

Saturday, April 25th: 8am - 8pm [PAACs Only]

We will open up our day with another conversation with Bianca Mabute-Louie, followed by discussions on biblical interpretations, liberation theology & Palestine, mental health, decolonizing + integrating spiritual practices, and celebrating queer stories. We will share lunch & dinner together at the venue. Childcare is available this day.

Sunday, April 26th: 10am-2:30pm [PAACs Only]

In the morning, you will have the opportunity to either attend a Sunday Worship Service led by PAAC folks or attend a conversation on what it means to be post-Christian, mixing practices, or somewhere in between. We will have lunch together + time to connect with one another. Nancy Lee will be offering an optional finger knitting [limited space] session during this time. Finally, we will end our afternoon with reflecting on the weekend and how we'd like to stay connected.
