FAQ:

  1. How are you defining PAAC? Queer-affirming, feminist, part of the Asian diaspora (including multiracial Asian folks), Christian or formerly Christian-identifying. If that’s you, this whole weekend is for you.

  2. Can non-PAACs attend? Our event on Friday, April 24th is open to the public! Saturday, April 25th and Sunday, April 26th are for PAAC folks only.

  3. Are there any scholarships for the gathering? Scholarships are funded through PAAC donations! We will do our best to help you with the funds that are available. Apply here!

  4. How can I help? We are looking for volunteers for the weekend! Volunteers will have their ticketing fees waived. Signup here. If you’d like to subsidize a ticket or help fund our scholarships, you can make a donation through here (leave a comment to specify your donation).

  5. What is the closest airport? For those flying in, Burbank [BUR] is the closest airport!

  6. Where should I stay? We recommend finding accommodations around Glendale, Pasadena, or Monterey Park. Free bare lodging is available nearby the venue at Tujunga UMC. Please bring your own bedding (air mattress, sleeping mat, blankets, pillows, sleeping bag, etc)! More info & signup form is here.

  7. What are my transportation options? The 3 & 90 bus line runs close to Crescenta Valley UMC. Use the WhatsApp group (link will be when you register) to coordinate carpooling!

  8. How should I get around? We recommend using public transportation where possible, carpooling via our WhatsApp group (link will be when you register), and ride shares.

  9. Is there parking at Crescenta Valley UMC? Yes! There is a dedicated parking lot at the church.
